Private Pilot

Essex offers a complete private pilot course.  Successful timely acquisition of your private pilot license truly really depends you.  It may typically take you 2-5 months.

PPL training includes the following:

Flight Maneuvers:

Paved/ Short/ Soft Field Landing's & Takeoff's, go around,

Slow Flight, Left/Right 45 degree Steep Turns, Solo, and

Cross Country Flights

Ground Maneuvers:

Rectangular Course, Turns Around a Point, S-Turns

Classroom:

You will receive insightful scenario base education at a Private Pilot level prior to each flight with the advance knowledge needed to pass your FAA Private Pilot written exam.

Essex Aviation utilizes FAA Approved Jeppesen Syllabus for the Private Pilot Program. Lessons maybe one-on-one and/or group instruction.  Know that we strive in developing professional and safe pilots.

Successful completion of your PPL enables you to progress to your next goal in your pilot career, acquiring your commercial pilot license!

Commercial Pilot

There are amazing benefits with having a Commercial Pilot License.  A CPL allows you to fly anywhere, day or night unrestricted! A CPL enables you to fly for hire and earn compensation! There are many more unbelievable perks! Note: If you didn’t acquire your Instrument Certificate, no problem, just know that simple CPL FAA restrictions apply.

Essex offers a complete Commercial Pilot course.  Successful timely acquisition of your Commercial Pilot license truly really depends you. Typically it may take you 1-12 Weeks.

CPL training includes the following:

Slow Flight, Left/Right 50 degree Steep Turns, Lazy-8, Chandelles, Steep Spiral About a Point and

Commercial Cross Country Flights

Eight-On-Pylons
